The staff were amazing. Anything needed was happily and efficiently done. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient, meeting other travelers from all over the world was a treat. The building is historically maintained and you can see that improvements are continually being done.

It was in a great location for us to be able to explore San Francisco and we did that. Also got up early a took a long hilly walk. Sooo much fun!
Staff is super friendly and professional, location is perfect, overall good place to crash at night in the middle of downtown, everything in the room was working properly, clean room, bathroom was tight and small but clean and had everything needed.

Comfortable bed and nice lobby to hang out
The location next to Union Square is convenient. The staff was very attentive and nice. Breakfast options were limited but it was nice to have some fruits/coffee for free
